[The Herald] President Mugabe left Harare yesterday to attend the 4th Africa-Arab Summit in Equatorial Guinea. He was seen off at Harare International Airport by Vice Presidents Emmerson Mnangagwa and Phelekezela Mphoko among other senior Government officials and service chiefs.
