[The Herald] On June 10 sungura ace Alick Macheso celebrates his 48th birthday and a massive bash has been set for the musician's big day at Tanza Centre in Chitungwiza. Macheso was born in Bindura and grew up in Shamva. Several musicians that include Suluman Chimbetu, Peter Moyo, Progress Chipfumo, Leonard Zhakata, Faheem Somanje and Freeman are billed to perform at the event. Macheso's publicist Tich Makahamadze said they have chosen to celebrate in Chitungwiza because the city is the musician's home ground. ......
